What we expect from you
As an enthusiastic and dynamic team leader, you are the contact point for all staff. You enjoy working independently and you always have a keen eye for detail. Your greatest asset is your affinity with food, quality and hygiene and you have good communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
Your duties:
Managing the floor team (approx. 30 members of staff) during the morning preparation (mise en place), service, and at closing time in the evenings
Welcoming customers and showing them to their tables
Managing table reservations
Assisting operational staff during the service and ensuring perfect service
Dining room set-up and seating arrangements
