For an international company active in the petrochemical sector, we are looking for a Business & Data Analyst with experience in an E-commerce environment. In this role, you will act as the analytical and operational link supporting the further growth of international distribution channels and e-commerce activities.
What does the role involve?
You will translate commercial data into concrete insights and support the organisation in making strategic decisions. You will build reports, dashboards and analyses that provide a better understanding of performance, markets and commercial opportunities.
A selection of your responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining dashboards, reports and KPI tracking tools for international distribution and e-commerce channels.
- Analysing sales data and commercial performance and translating these into concrete recommendations.
- Preparing management reports, business reviews and presentations.
- Managing and optimising CRM data, distribution information, market insights and competitor analyses.
- Conducting market research, e-commerce audits and benchmarking.
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT, logistics, …) and external partners.
- Identifying and implementing improvements and automation opportunities through tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Excel and AI solutions.
This is a versatile role with a focus on data analysis, commercial operations support, stakeholder management and e-commerce strategy.
Who are you?
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, data-related studies or a similar field.
- You have relevant experience in commercial operations, business analysis, sales support, channel management and/or e-commerce.
- You enjoy working with data and translating figures into valuable insights.
- You have strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel and experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps or similar systems.
- Experience with CRM systems, SQL or databases is a plus.
- You are proactive, independent and enjoy taking initiative.
- You can communicate insights clearly to different stakeholders and management.
- You have a strong interest in continuous improvement and innovation.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
