We are looking for an IT Logistics & Planning Consultant to support IT operations within a European Institution in Brussels.
The role combines IT logistics, inventory management, hardware handling, order coordination, and Field Technician planning, ensuring the smooth delivery and availability of IT equipment and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT equipment stock, inventory, and allocations.
- Receive, register, track, and control IT equipment and deliveries.
- Follow up on orders, requests, and equipment movements.
- Coordinate equipment availability with technical interventions.
- Plan and monitor Field Technician activities and work orders.
- Support hardware deployment, replacement, and rollout activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reports.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational projects.
Profile
- Experience in IT logistics, IT support, inventory management, or hardware deployment.
- Good knowledge of common IT equipment and hardware.
- Experience with order/delivery tracking and operational coordination.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Organized, detail-oriented, precise, and service-oriented.
Rémunération : 2 200,00€ à 3 000,00€ par mois
