Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager specializing in Infrastructure for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects related to IT infrastructure and governance.
Key Responsibilities:

Define, plan, coordinate, and implement projects aimed at enhancing resilience, security, availability, and modernization of the information system.

Develop and implement the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) strategy.

Oversee the establishment of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
-
Ensure the implementation of NIS initiatives.
-
Manage change across various projects.
-
Monitor various infrastructure projects such as:
-
Deployment of a CMDB.
-
Deployment of the DRP solution.
-
Replace other infrastructure solutions.
-
Collaborate with the technical team and IT Vendor Manager to draft specifications related to IT infrastructure modernization.
For each project under your responsibility, you are expected to:

Establish a project plan detailing objectives, scope, timeline, tasks, deliverables, review and approval cycles, organization, and reporting.

Monitor costs, adherence to the timeline, and resource allocation throughout the project.

Provide effective coordination of the project team, ensuring motivation and engagement.

Contribute to updating the business case.

Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and assumptions impacting each project.
Throughout your mission, you will adhere to GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.
