What will your responsibilities be:
As a Service Manager Handyman (& HVAC), you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer requests (preventive maintenance and emergency repairs), analyzing their needs, and ensuring personalized follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Organizing interventions: situation analysis, team coordination, supplier contact, and spare parts ordering
- Preparing quotes and service offers, ensuring proper closure of interventions, and supervising invoicing
- Managing projects from A to Z: execution, reporting, safety, and compliance with quality standards
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of skilled technicians
Your skills and background:
- You are communicative, customer-oriented, and service-minded
- You have proven experience in team management and demonstrate flexibility and strong stress management
- You hold a technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and industry
- You are fluent in French and Dutch
