You work as an expert and act as a strategic partner to our leadership team.
Strategy & design

Develop and continuously improve a future-oriented compensation & benefits framework

Translate global guidelines into a consistent and workable Belgian context

Advise (senior) stakeholders on reward-related topics, scenarios and impact
Data & insights
-
Set up and use data-driven insights to support compensation decisions

Conduct benchmark analyses and monitor market trends
-
Prepare and coordinate salary reviews, bonus cycles and incentive programs
-
Further develop reporting and dashboards around total rewards
Governance, risk & compliance
-
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
-
Strengthen consistent processes and governance around compensation
-
Collaborate, also with other teams within the organization, to manage risks
Transformation & optimization

Lead projects related to total rewards (e.g. flexible pay, digitalization, …)

Identify and implement optimizations in policies, processes and toolingContribute to clear and accessible communication about compensation towards employees
This is how you fit into our team

Master’s level thinking and working ability + 5 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits, reward and/or HR analytic

Strong knowledge of Belgian social and fiscal legislation

A strong analytical and data-driven profile: you can structure, analyze and translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Experience with benchmarking tools, data models and HR systems (e.g. Workday)

The ability to make data and complex material accessible to diverse stakeholders

Strong stakeholder management skills and powers of persuasion

An autonomous working style with ownership, a critical mindset and a focus on impact
