We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.
Your tasks

Elicit, analyze and document business needs, functional requirements and business rules;

Support stakeholder consultation, requirements prioritisation and validation of proposed solutions;

Assess business processes, identify gaps and contribute to feasibility, impact and risk analysis;
-
Analyse and model business processes and workflows;
-
Produce business and functional specifications;
-
Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability;
-
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
-
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings;
-
Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities.
Requirements

University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 9 years;

Hands-on experience in eliciting, analysing and documenting business needs, functional requirements and business rules;

Hands-on experience in analysing and modelling business processes and workflows, identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities;

Hands-on experience in business process modelling using BPMN;
-
Hands-on experience in requirements and solution modelling using UML;
-
Hands-on experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
-
Hands-on experience in producing business and functional specifications;
-
Hands-on experience with backlog preparation and requirements traceability;
-
Experience in participating in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities;

At least one of the following certifications is mandatory for the role: Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader (CBATL), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA), IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE);

Excellent command of the English language.
