Job Description:
POLITICO Europe is seeking a Social Video Producer to help shape and grow our presence across social platforms while expanding our video storytelling capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of audience engagement, journalism, and video. The successful candidate will oversee POLITICO Europe's social channels, helping determine how our reporting reaches audiences on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and emerging channels. They will also lead the development and execution of social-first video projects, working closely with reporters, editors , and visual journalists to bring our journalism to life.
Experience producing social content, video content, or ideally both, in a newsroom, media organization or digital publisher.
Familiarity with video production workflows, scripting, storyboarding, and post-production processes.
