- You define and oversee the industrialization strategy for new products and product upgrades.
- You ensure the manufacturability, testability, maintainability, and robustness of products.
- You oversee industrialization projects through to mass production.
- You evaluate industrial decisions (Make or Buy, supply chain, manufacturing processes).
- You define the scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones for projects. You ensure that quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.
- You identify, analyze, and manage industrial and project risks.
- You develop, monitor, and share project roadmaps, and establish and manage project and industrial performance metrics.
- You lead project reviews and decision-making committees.
- You coordinate operational teams and cross-functional departments and ensure their alignment.
- You mediate and prioritize based on industrial constraints.
- You integrate Lean principles and continuous improvement into projects.
- You contribute to the reliability of industrial data (ERP, bills of materials, work instructions)
- You hold a Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, or equivalent).
- You have at least 10 years of experience in industrial project management and industrialization/NPI.
- You have worked in complex and/or regulated environments.
- You have a strong understanding of supply chain, production, and quality processes (ISO, GMP) .
- You have solid experience with ERP systems and industrial data management.
- You are familiar with Lean methodologies and the principles of operational excellence.
- You demonstrate cross-functional leadership and strong multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
- You possess excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- You are results-oriented, self-reliant, and capable of making decisions in uncertain situations.
