WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- Business processes modelling.
- Business model analysis.
- Business requirements analysis.
- Functional requirements analysis.
- Process analysis.
- Risk analysis
- Assistance in drafting business cases, project charters and security plans.
- Assistance in drafting test plans and test cases.
- Acting as an interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements from departments such as HR, Finance, Logistics and Operations.
- Translating business needs into functional solutions supporting business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Supporting business applications and ICT solutions through incident, request and problem analysis.
- Supporting senior stakeholders and VIP users by understanding their business needs and translating them into effective ICT solutions.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Knowledge and competences:

UML, BPMN.
- Business analysis and business processes modelling.
- Business requirements analysis and functional requirements analysis.
- Data analysis and basic data modelling.
- Information systems matters and technical knowledge on project aspects.
- Large organization administrative business processes.
- Knowledge of software development and ICT project methodologies.
- Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Agile business analysis.
- ICT service management and IT support processes.
- ICT problem management techniques.
- Ability to propose ICT solutions to business problems.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to interact with senior management, executives and VIP stakeholders.
- Ability to work proactively and maintain service quality in a business-critical environment.

- Software AG ARIS or equivalent business process modelling tools.
- Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence.

- Microsoft 365.

- SAP, including HR, Fiori, MM, FI/CO and Authorizations.
- Zendesk or equivalent ticketing tool.
- Windows workstations.
- Business applications.
- Active Directory.
- Networking troubleshooting.
- Remote support tools.
- Methodology: Project Management PM² and PM² Agile.
- Agile software development: Kanban and Scrum.
- ITIL-based service management practices.
Technical certifications:
At least one of the following or any equivalent:

- OMG Certified Expert in BPM — OCEB.
- OMG Certified UML Professional.
- BABOK.
- ITIL 4.
- PM² certifications.
- Agile Certified Professional IIBA. Certifications matching the reference profile include:
