As a Program Manager, you are responsible for maximizing product value while ensuring successful execution of strategic development programs. You act as the key interface between customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, quality and regulatory experts, manufacturing, and commercial organizations to transform market opportunities into impactful healthcare solutions.
- Product Strategy & Market Understanding
Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain compelling business cases supporting product investments.
Define product vision, value proposition, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy.
Translate customer and market insights into product requirements and priorities.
• Program Leadership & Delivery
Lead cross-functional development programs from concept to market launch.
Define governance frameworks, project plans, milestones, KPIs, and decision-making processes.
Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure alignment between business priorities and development execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate activities across R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Service, and Commercial teams.
Facilitate trade-off decisions balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, quality, cost, and schedule.
Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting throughout the program lifecycle.

Ensure successful industrialization and market introduction of new solutions.
Support training, documentation, operational readiness, and customer adoption.
