At Kraft Heinz, we are looking for a Sales Manager Retail Belux to join our Benelux Sales Leadership Team . Reporting to the Sales Director Retail Benelux , you will lead the Retail Belux business with full accountability for commercial performance, customer development, and team leadership.
This is a role for a strong commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will shape channel strategy, lead key negotiations, grow senior customer relationships, and inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic and competitive market. Location: Berchem (Antwerp)
What you will do
As Sales Manager Retail Belux, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop the Belux Retail sales team
- Define and implement the Retail Belux channel strategy to drive profitable growth and market share
- Own annual customer negotiations at both local and international level, in partnership with the relevant teams
- Build and strengthen relationships with key retail customers and senior stakeholders
- Drive business performance with full P&L ownership and accountability
- Monitor, analyze and present monthly, quarterly and annual results
- Lead the day-to-day commercial and operational performance of the Belgium and Luxembourg Retail business
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial execution and impactful activations
- Leverage Kraft Heinz consumer platforms, such as Tomorrowland, with retail customers through 360-campaign activations that strengthen brand visibility, shopper engagement, and joint business impact.
What you bring

We are looking for someone with:
- A Master’s degree
- Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English
- 7+ years of proven experience in the Belux Retail channel
- Strong leadership experience, including team management and people development
- Solid experience managing key retail customers in Belgium and Luxembourg
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action
- Proven experience in complex negotiations and buying group management
- A strong track record of delivering business growth and leading with ownership
- Experience working cross-functionally on large-scale commercial or marketing initiatives
- The confidence to operate autonomously in a visible leadership role
