Au sein de l'équipe BDCE, vous assurez la planification et le suivi des expéditions de produits finis, semi-finis, matières premières et pièces détachées à destination des clients Replenishment.
Vous coordonnez les opérations de transport (route, air et maritime), préparez la documentation logistique et douanière nécessaire, et veillez au bon déroulement des flux dans le respect des procédures Baxter, des exigences réglementaires et des délais convenus avec les clients.
Formation & Expérience :
Bachelier en Logistique ou expérience équivalente.
Une expérience dans un environnement logistique, transport ou supply chain constitue un atout.
Connaissance de l'administration liée à l'exportation de marchandises.
Compétences :
Bonne maîtrise de la Suite Office.
Une expérience avec des systèmes tels que JDE, MILD, GT Nexus, TMS ou équivalents constitue un atout.
Connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution (GDP).
Rigueur, proactivité et réactivité.
Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités.
Esprit d'équipe et bonnes aptitudes en communication.
Langues :
Français : bonne maîtrise requise.
Anglais : connaissances de base requise.
Allemand : bonne maîtrise requise.
