As a Client Center Officer, you are responsible for commercial and administrative services for Mass Affluent clients. You also assist clients with questions regarding our digital tools, primarily remotely via email, telephone, or video call. You will join a team of around 10 colleagues, serving our clients from the main headquarters in Brussels, via email, telephone, or video call. The goal is to ensure high-quality, efficient, and client-oriented service, with "Trust" and "Knowledge" as core values.
