ABOUT THE SPA CINQ MONDES
The Spa Cinq Mondes at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels is the only franchised Spa in Belgium. It covers 800m2 dedicated to well-being and comprises 7 individual cabins, 2 double cabins, a traditional Hammam with 4 scrub rooms and a Japanese Flower Aroma Bath, as well as a Wellness Area with a Swimming Pool, Sauna and Hammam.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcoming and advising customers, offering treatments tailored to their needs
Carry out massages and beauty treatments (facials) with a compulsory diploma
Prepare, clean and maintain the cabins before customers arrive and after they leave
Ensures that equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or malfunctions to management
Ensuring that customer relations are maintained at a high level of quality and discretion,
Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the spa, its shop, equipment, displays, common areas and the wellness area during the week....
Participate in sales promotions
Monitor and replenish product stock
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
The employee will be required to work as a Spa 5 Mondes receptionist, depending on requirements.
SKILLS :
Aesthetics diploma
English and/or Dutch preferred
Sense of service and attention to detail
Team spirit
Good presentation
Knowledge of the Cinq Mondes brand is a plus.
Work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
