Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Excellent understanding of the Oracle Fusion - HCM Cloud Platform;
- A Minimum of 3 project references proving Hands-on functional expertise in setting up Core HR in Oracle Fusion - HCM Cloud with experience in at least three of the below Oracle Fusion – HCM Cloud modules:
o Talent Management (Performance Management & Goals)
o Workforce Management (Absence and Time & Labor)
o HR Helpdesk and Digital Assistant
o HCM Analytics;
- A minimum of 5 years business analyst experience demonstrating experience with review and optimization of human resource processes.
Desirable:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting or a similar recruitment application;
- Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programs;
- Experience with public sector entities and/or international organisations.
Duties/role:
- Assisting with regression testing activities;
- Completing the transition to Redwood pages;
- Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting Oracle Fast Formulas for validations and absence rules.
