We are looking for a Waiter / Service Responsible to join our dynamic team. This role combines hands-on guest service with responsibility for the dining room during service. You will lead by example, ensure smooth operations, motivate the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The Role
As Waiter / Service Responsible, you are a key presence in the dining room. You combine excellent table service with operational awareness and team coordination during service hours.
You will work closely with management to ensure efficient service flow, happy guests and strong team communication.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues professionally
- Ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience
Floor Leadership
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently

Work Schedule
- 38 hours per week (full time contract)
- Restaurant open 7/7
- 2 days off per week
Who You Are
- Experience as waiter / shift leader in hospitality
- Strong service mindset with leadership qualities
- Calm under pressure in busy environments
- Organized, hands-on and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive energy and professional appearance
Languages
- English mandatory
- Basic Dutch mandatory
- Italian, French other languages is a plus
