Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is part of a major business transformation program, where you will join a dynamic team to support the hand-over, refactoring, or greenfield development of new business applications.
Responsibilities:

Developing strong and long-term relationships with stakeholders, including business and project stakeholders, team managers, and partners.

Identifying, analyzing, describing, and validating existing business processes and new (non) functional needs of users.

Translating requirements into business solutions by creating functional analysis and application designs.

Collaborating with technical team members to validate functional designs and create translations to technical specifications.
-
Ensuring end-to-end follow-up on the delivery of new functionalities and/or applications.

Producing all necessary documentation throughout the different stages of projects.

Working closely with business analysts and developers under the supervision of project managers/coordinators to refine and validate proposed solutions.

Reporting status, facilitating decisions, managing risks, and escalating issues as needed in collaboration with project managers.

Analysis documentation.

Software requirements specifications, including necessary diagrams and analysis.

Data model.
-
User stories.
-
Test plan and cases.
Working Environment:
This consultancy mission is based in Brussels, with the possibility of homeworking (3 days a week). The role requires a commitment of 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
Languages:

Active knowledge of French or Dutch (understanding, speaking, writing technical documentation, reading).

Active knowledge of English (writing documentation).

Experience in business analysis and client interfacing to define needs.

Knowledge of the second national language is a plus.

- Business Analysis - interface with the client and helps them define their needs
- A good knowledge of the second national language is a plus
