F&B Banquet Supervisor – Holiday Inn Brussels Airport
At Holiday Inn Brussels Airport, we are committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on F&B service colleague to join our Food & Beverage team.
Ensure high standards of service delivery during conferences, meetings, private events, and banquets
Coordinate event setups according to guest requirements and hotel standards
Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen, sales, and operational departments
Welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event
Handle guest requests and resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with HACCP and safety procedures
Ensure all function rooms are properly prepared and maintained before, during, and after events
Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in banqueting or events
organizational skills
Guest-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Good knowledge of HACCP procedures
Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are strong advantages
