This is not a pure Project Management role.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable switching between the “big” and the “small”: leading and coordinating IT projects on the one hand, while personally taking ownership of analysis, documentation and operational IT activities on the other.
Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and follow up IT projects, defining scope, planning, priorities, risks and deliverables together with business and IT stakeholders

Coordinate projects related to IT Security, infrastructure, applications, compliance and other Corporate Centre initiatives

Follow up IT Security initiatives and ISO27K-related controls, including analysis, remediation actions and supporting documentation

Perform hands-on business and IT analysis and translate requirements into workable solutions

Actively contribute to ITSM / run activities, including change, incident and problem management

Prepare and maintain practical IT documentation using tools such as ARIS, Confluence and Office

Prepare project reporting and updates for PMO, management and steering committees

Coordinate external IT partners and collaborate with teams such as Security, Architecture, Legal, Procurement and Risk

Take ownership of both larger initiatives and smaller operational topics that simply need to get done
