Manhattn's Burgers is known for combining the New York Vibe with the excellent qualities of Belgian cuisine. The chefs serve Grass-Fed Irish Angus beef, freshly made brioche buns, and Belgian craft beers.
Your Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the operational functioning of the restaurant together with your team. You prioritize your team and understand that a satisfied customer is a direct result of a satisfied team. In addition to your natural flair and hospitality instinct, you seamlessly switch between your roles as a leader, manager, and coach.

Your Talents
- In the role of COACH, you have an eye for the development opportunities of each member of your team. You provide targeted feedback from a non-hierarchical position. Everyone is encouraged to express their concerns, and together you seek solutions. In collaboration with the HR manager, you create individual career paths based on each person's potential.

- As a MANAGER, you run your restaurant by planning, organizing, and facilitating operations for your team. You evaluate and make necessary adjustments in a timely manner. You have the ultimate responsibility for optimizing the use of people and resources. The manager sets priorities and coordinates the overall functioning based on the available talents and competencies of the employees.
