Responsibilities
- Monitoring and researching global SMS regulations, carrier requirements, and market-specific compliance standards.
- Reviewing and analyzing customer SMS use cases and message content to ensure adherence to TeleSign and country-specific requirements.
- Managing SenderID testing, troubleshooting, whitelisting, procurement, and launch activities across global markets;
- Collaborating with carriers and partners, Client Services, Sales, Product, Program Management, and Technical teams, as well as engaging directly with clients to support compliance and delivery objectives.
- Developing, documenting, and improving processes, technical requirements, tools, and knowledge resources related to global SMS operations.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to follow established processes while adapting to changing priorities and market requirements.
- Hands-on experience in the SMS industry, including Sender ID registration, omnichannel and two-way messaging, with a strong understanding of messaging compliance and market-specific regulatory requirements, is a plus.
- Knowledge of mobile network operators (MNOs), aggregators, and SMS routing.
- Familiarity with Telesign products.
- Experience working with SLAs and managing operational requests within defined timelines.
- Ability to research, collect, organize, and interpret legal and regulatory information.
- Ability to write accurate, detailed, and informative documentation for internal and external audiences.
