As a CBRERobotics Maintenance Supervisor, you will guide the team responsible forinstalling, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic, mechanical,and robotic automation equipment and systems.
This job ispart of the Material Handling job function. They are responsible for theincoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products,and parts.
WhatYou’ll Do:
- Set theteam goals for performance and deadlines. Ensure compliance with the company’splans and vision.
Monitoremployee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Organizeworkflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Announceessential information from upper management to employees.
- Maintaintimekeeping and personnel records. Review and approve timecards.
- Receiveescalated complaints and resolve difficult problems.
- Verifyadherence to legal and company policies and procedures. Complete disciplinaryactions if the need arises.
- Applyadvanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishingboth individual and department objectives.
- Showcaseexpertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplineswithin the organization function.
- Coachothers to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas withinthe function.

WhatYou’ll Need:
- HighSchool Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-relatedexperience. In lieu of a diploma,
acombination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift manageror supervisory experience preferred.
- Meet thephysical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking,climbing stairs/ladders, and
the abilityto lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Theinnovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Abilityto solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broadimpact on the
business.
- In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.
