This is not a pure marketing role. As International Marketing Manager SOTG, you own the category end-to-end — and a significant part of your impact will come from shaping and driving strategic CAPEX projects: the capacity investments that determine how far and how fast the category can grow.
Concretely, you will:
- Act as the category expert and define the 3–5 year international growth strategy for SOTG.
- Build and champion the business cases behind major capacity investments (CAPEX) — working hand-in-hand with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to turn growth ambition into production reality.
- Lead the disruptive innovation agenda linked directly to new capacity and expansion opportunities.
- Translate consumer, customer, and market insights into compelling innovation platforms.
- Define and manage the international innovation pipeline in line with category and channel priorities.
- Create launch toolkits and category growth stories that deliver real value for customers and consumers.
- Bring the renewed "Donut Worry Be Happy" positioning, purpose, and toolkit to life through impactful market activation.
- Develop market-specific growth plans — including North America — while safeguarding global brand consistency.
- Build scalable activation programs that grow both brand awareness and the category itself.
- Monitor category and market performance to spot growth opportunities and risks early.
- Lead portfolio optimization: SKU rationalization, lifecycle management, and margin improvement.
- Coach and grow a Junior Marketeer and an NPD Manager.
- Align senior stakeholders — from local sales teams to group leadership — around one shared category vision.
- Build strong partnerships across markets and functions to deliver ambitious growth targets.
Most category roles stop at the brand plan. Here, your strategy directly shapes where LLBG invests its capital. You'll see your business cases turn into new production lines, your innovations hit shelves across 30+ countries, and your brand grow in markets from Europe to North America. Few roles offer this combination of creative brand building, hard commercial strategy, and tangible industrial impact.
