As an ERP Finance Controller, you will safeguard the quality and reliability of customer and supplier data within our ERP systems. With your critical mindset and attention to detail, you ensure accurate data, minimize risks, and support efficient processes. In this role, you will play a key part at the intersection of finance, data analysis, risk management, and process improvement, directly contributing to the continued growth of the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Process and validate contract, customer, and supplier data
- Monitor credit limits, documentation, and banking information
- Manage portals and administrative systems
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate data processing
- Contribute to process improvements and system implementations
- Support colleagues as a key user and subject matter expert
Profile
You possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Higher secondary education or equivalent through experience.
- You work accurately and in a highly structured manner.
- You are decisive and detail-oriented.
- You have a proactive mindset and can work independently.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French is considered an asset.
- You have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and quickly learn new software and systems.
