Software Solution Specialist - Digital Workplace & Communication (energy sector)
This role is focused on managing and improving digital communication platforms used across the organization, such as intranets, employee portals, CMS solutions, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT teams, and software vendors to ensure applications meet business needs and are continuously enhanced.
The position combines business analysis, application management, solution design, testing, service management, and vendor coordination. You will gather requirements, configure applications, support integrations, coordinate testing, and drive improvements to communication tools.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with digital workplace technologies, content management systems (Sitecore, DNN, Unily, or similar), and enterprise application support. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Agile methodologies, and service management processes is highly valued.
Beyond technical skills, the role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. You will often act as a trusted advisor, helping business users get the most value from communication platforms.

Work Setup
