Description
During your internship, you will work for DreamVille, the vibrant city that welcomes 38,000 visitors every weekend after an incredible day at Tomorrowland. Together with the DreamVille team, you ensure a carefree, comfortable, and magical stay for all our guests.
You will help ensure the smooth build-up, operation, and breakdown of DreamVille. You will have the opportunity to manage your own projects while being part of a diverse and dynamic team. We are looking for a
RESPONSIBILITIES
You independently prepare 1 to 3 projects, depending on their scale, and help execute them during the festival
You support the team with:
Creative projects (such as concept development, signage design, etc.)
Production tasks (such as creating site plans, overview documents, and build-up schedules)
Operational tasks (such as follow-up of entertainment, hospitality, crew planning, etc.)
Research and market analysis
You work closely with colleagues from different disciplines to ensure everything is prepared to the highest standard
You gain experience in a mix of project management, administration, logistics, and operational work
MUST-HAVES
You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Office Management, Organization & Management, or Communication Management
You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
You hold a category B driving license
You are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy thinking creatively
You are a team player with a strong hands-on mentality
Experience as a student worker at festivals or events is a plus
During the summer months, we temporarily relocate to Boom for the build-up, show weekends, and breakdown of DreamVille & Tomorrowland. It is important that you remain available after your internship to continue working as a student until the festival breakdown is complete
Knowledge of the following programs is a plus, but not required: AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
