You’re a hands-on people manager: clear on expectations and big on support. You’re your team's biggest fan, always pushing for growth and keeping them sharp. Strong client relationships? Non-negotiable. You always go beyond expectations. And you do it all in close collaboration with the Business Unit Manager (BUM).
