Participate in projects aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction.
Produce analytical and control reports.
Participate in operational discussions with the various market players: network operators, regulators, suppliers, etc.
Participate in maintaining regulatory compliance of our processes and procedures.
Centralize irregularities in our various tools and interact with our IT partners to find solution.
Run queries on our databases and format the results.
Assist management in its tasks and in the development of the department.
