Own project quality end-to-end and help drive high-confidence product launches.
This isn't a lateral move. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You’ll own quality across the full product development lifecycle - from defining what “good” looks like to validating it at scale. All yours. If you've mastered product quality in consumer electronics and you're ready to break the rules that no longer work, this is where you do it.
The role
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. As Senior Project Quality Engineer, you ensure products meet high customer expectations, are fully validated, and are ready to scale into stable, consistent mass production.
What you’ll do (and what you won’t)
You own project quality end-to-end across PDP phases (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP)
You define and challenge validation strategies, reliability testing, and acceptance criteria
You identify program risks (design, supplier, process, validation) and drive mitigation
You partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement to ensure readiness for scale
You ensure supplier processes and production ramps meet quality standards
You make decisions based on signal, not volume
You collaborate closely and speak up when it matters
You build things that scale, improve, or change how we work
You won’t
How you’ll succeed
We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll balance speed with rigor - maintaining a high quality bar while enabling fast, confident product launches in an agile environment.
What you’ll bring
You bring at least 8 years of experience in consumer electronics quality engineering
You have strong experience with reliability testing and compliance planning
You understand how to define and justify validation strategies across product development
You bring an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
You work independently and know when to involve others
You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity
You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve
You want your work to matter, not just exist
Willingness to travel overseas 2-3 times/year
Loop isn’t for everyone. We might not be a match if you:
Wait for direction instead of taking initiative
Mistake activity for impact
Feel uneasy when things are still taking shape
Prefer alignment meetings over decisions
Still listening?
Good. We are not looking for people to watch from the sidelines. Loopers step in, speak up and go for more. More firsts. More growth. More: “I can’t believe we did that.” If you are like that too, press that beautiful apply button and let’s talk.
