Integration Analyst

From process-driven to conversational. From scattered data flows to seamless movement between composable building blocks and cloud-native platforms.

Big transformations do not happen in silos, and neither does integration analysis.

We strongly believe that Integration Analysts are the ones who connect the dots across systems and flows. Who don’t see analysis as paperwork, but as the starting point for architectures built to scale with AI, composable design, zero trust, quantum computing, and enterprise orchestration.

Who are we?

Hi, we are Archers! Nice to meet you.

We’re a community of 25 integration architects and analysts within CornerBriX, Belgium’s leading integration community. It’s quite simple: if you love sharing knowledge, having your insights challenged, and experimenting with technology, you’ll feel right at home with us.

You’ll join a community that challenges existing digital systems. Dares to ask the right questions. That loves to think critically about technological innovations. Our Archers Knowledge Days (AKDs) are the perfect example: community days dedicated to exchanging lessons from projects, conferences and new tech so you can level up fast.

What your job as an
Integration Analyst will look like:

Collaboration

You’ll collaborate closely with our community of integration experts to implement the Archers Connectivity Program for industry-leading clients, while deep-diving into their unique requirements and objectives.

Translation

You’ll translate business requirements into reusable services and interfaces (APIs, events, and other integrations) together with our integration architects, by analyzing business processes and the data that flows through them.

Design

You’ll design APIs and other integration interfaces and analyze data structures and functionalities that need to be exposed to internal or external applications.

Building solutions

You’ll work side by side with the customer’s project teams to realize sustainable integration solutions.

Coaching

You’ll train and coach customers in the Archers methodology and frameworks through seminars, workshops, and hands-on sessions.

What we expect
from our Integration Analyst

Interest in full lifecycle API management tools, including API gateways and developer portals.
Strong affinity with integration and middleware technologies such as BOAT, iPaaS, B2B, ESB, EAI, API gateways and IoT.
Experience with one or more interface technologies and concepts: YAML, XSD/WSDL, SOAP, REST, Swagger, OpenAPI, JSON, and others.
Proficiency in modeling languages such as UML, BPMN and Archimate.
