You are the shift’s energy source. As a Team Leader at Taqueria Rico, you steer your crew through the chaos and charm of a bustling Taqueria. You lift spirits, motivate with corazón, and keep the kitchen and counter running smoother than our sizzling plancha. Host, coach, and a cool head — rolled into one — you bring charisma and welcoming warmth to every shift.
Your responsibilities
- Support and guide the team during service, following Taqueria Rico’s operational procedures
- Manage shift flow, fix hiccups fast, and keep tacos flying out fresh and on time
- Elevate the guest experience through hands-on leadership and example
- Keep the Taqueria spotless, stocked, and moving rápido
- Spread the Taqueria Rico spirit—bold, warm, and quick on your feet
Your profile
- You have a heart for hospitality, experience therefore is a must. Experience specifically in kitchens is a plus.
- You know how to communicate well, but no need to speak Dutch
- Availability in the weekends and flexibility towards your working hours (schedule to be made in agreement).
Pay: From €2.550,00 per month
