- Facilitating preparation meetings, both internal and external, and verifying agreements/decisions using meeting reports.
- Preparing the planned works by reviewing and enhancing the project execution plan to ensure a seamless start of the construction without any complications.
- Planning and scheduling the availability of all necessary materials.
- Recording all tasks and procedures in the Client systems for documentation purposes.
