Job Description
What you’ll do…

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving Corporate, Individuals, Group and M&E business into The Hoxton, Brussels

Achieve sales budget and increase sales by driving more business to all segments of the hotel (rooms, M&E, F&B…)

Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximise our revenues

Generate new business through market research

Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and Sales Trips and organise on-site client entertainment, show rounds and familiarization visits

Work towards personal Corporate, Group and M&E revenue goals and KPOs

Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities
Qualifications
What we’re looking for…

At least 3 years’ experience in Brussels Hotel sales who can make a quick impact in our team

Individuals. You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here

Passion for hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night
