Detailed Job Description for the post of Personal Assistant / Policy Advisor
- Monitoring of European regulations having impact of Trade
- Monitoring and evaluation of the trade related policies and activities of EU Institutions including Parliament, Council and Commission
- Monitoring of EU’s Preferential Trade Agreements
- Follow up on activities of Think Tanks and Research Institutions.
- Research on impact of EU policies on trade with third countries
- Setting up meetings of the Economic Minister
- Any other work assigned by the Economic Minister
Requirements
- Belgian/EU national
- University graduate (degree in Law would be given preference)
- Fluency in English, French (Dutch – added qualification)
- 2-3 years working experience in the EU institutions
- Microsoft office skills
- Good interpersonal and research skill
- Good drafting skills
