Bonne expérience
Ce fut une bonne expérience en tant que premier job, mais l'ambiance dans les différents magasin n'est plus comme avant, entre les clients mal éduqué et la pression des supérieur avec des équipes à 2 vitesses...
Le peu d'écoute de son personnel...

Fun workplace, excellent colleagues
I had a great time working at Action and was really sad to leave. My colleagues were great. Still in touch with them. Very busy shop, fast paced environment. Days go quickly which is nice.

Fun Job, Great Culture, Supportive Team
ABC is a great company to work for. The benefits and pay are good, and there are many opportunities to grow with the company. They truly want to see their employees succeed. They do a great job of creating a fun work environment and recognize the hard work their employees do every day. Everyone has a common goal of helping the kids we work with and making it as enjoyable as possible. There are many perks to working for ABC. I really love my job and believe this company is unique compared to other ABA companies. Of course, like any job, there are occasional issues that arise, but for the most part they are handled well and management is approachable. If you're looking for a job in this field, I would definitely recommend ABC!!

Christmas gift
This is the first time in my entire work history that I was the holidays off. I worked in retail and in home health for a few years and the holidays were always tough but this company has lived up to its promise of taking care of its employees. Even before the break, the amount of fun activities takes the day to day stress away. They really have created a company that goes above and beyond to treat employees and kids with love and compassion. Working here is a christmas gift for my family!

Stressful and busy
The work that I have done here is very stressful. You have to run about the whole day since the managers cannot seem to do their job well on their own (not that you get paid for it) and the employees seem to always get the blame if things don't work out in our store.
My colleagues however were great people and were the only thing that still kept me there. The pay is not great, I was not even able to rent anything near the city I worked in.
The work I did was not bad; service desk, cash register, stocking shelves. It's just that the management was poorly executed.

Company do not care about the clients, its all about filling rooms
Bulling culture by various members of staff and management no team spirit
The place is full of self centred individuals stepping on others to gain brownie points childish.Long days and evening shifts lot expected for money.Staff helping themselves to food donations meant for the needy people,discussing call them selves a CHARITY lol.

cest une expérience que elle ma fais beaucoup de mal , aucun respect les encien employé mal poli,Et ils attendent toujours que vous fassiez une erreur، pour partir comme les gamins raconter ou responsable, je suis dinamique ou travail, mais cest comme ces tu travailles pas aucun courage ،ya pas justice , et ya becoup de racisme, force a les voilé qui travaillent la bas.

Très bien
j'aime travailler là-bas j'aime discuter et aider les gens. je suis très discipliné. Je suis minutieux et soigneux dans mon travail. J'adorerais être manager là-bas, je suis prêt à faire de mon mieux. je m'entends bien avec tout le monde. Je respecte ceux qui aiment leur travail et leur discipline.

si vous avez pas la bonne équipe c'est un échec
j'ai vécu 2 belles années avec les collègue, malheureusement concernant l'administratif ou les démarches effectuer par les supérieurs est une véritable catastrophe.
n'ayez jamais de soucis de santé car ce magasin est une usine où même les gestes et postures de sécurité seront bafoué.

Responsable désagréable mais équipe sympathique
Aucune valeur citée dans l’entretien d’embauche est respectée (travail d’équipe) chacun doit se demerder (formation) on dirait ils se forcent a former alors que c’est eux qu’ils forment vous mettent la pression tel que (ça va pas être possible si tu continues comme ça)
